Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Salon Manager – Fresher to manage the day-to-day operations of our men's salon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the salon and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with salon staff and manage daily schedules.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service targets.
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic daily reporting.
- Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required.




- Build good relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements
