- **Role Overview**
- The Head of Lead Generation is responsible for building, managing, and continuously optimizing the full pipeline of qualified leads that feed the CP Restoration Services sales team. This person owns everything from the top of the funnel — awareness and lead capture — to the handoff of sales-ready leads to our sales representatives. You will design and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy including referral partner development, paid digital advertising, organic/SEO content, email marketing, and social media. You will also build the systems and automations that ensure no lead falls through the cracks and every prospect receives timely, consistent follow-up.
