Role Description This part-time remote Scrum Master / Release Manager role focuses on facilitating agile delivery within software and product teams. The role involves organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and predictable delivery. The Scrum Master / Release Manager will coordinate release timelines, manage dependencies,



and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of features and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting teams in refining user stories, removing impediments, and promoting agile practices and continuous improvement. The role also requires transparent communication of progress, risks, and release plans to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Sprint Planning and managing agile ceremonies to support team delivery.
Ability to work with User Stories, including refinement, prioritization, and backlog management.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret metrics, identify risks, and improve team performance.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of Software Development processes and release management practices.
