Responsibilities:
- Manage the closing process for residential sales transactions
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and legal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential sales, with a focus on villas and plotted development
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Real estate license preferred
