Job Description:

Deve Herbes is seeking motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executives to manage and optimize marketplace operations across Flipkart, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management and a strong understanding of daily e-commerce processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage product listing, cataloguing, and content updates across marketplaces

* Handle order booking, processing, and operational coordination

* Monitor and synchronize inventory across multiple platforms

* Ensure marketplace compliance, listing accuracy, and error resolution

* Maintain and upgrade brand content (A+ content, creatives, catalog corrections)

* Track sales performance, conversions, and customer feedback metrics

* Manage buyer queries related to orders, returns, and product information





* Support promotional campaigns, marketplace deals, and sales initiatives

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

* 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management

* Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart seller dashboards (preferred)

* Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, data handling)

* Positive computer and internet proficiency

* Strong English communication skills

* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work towards sales targets
