DFT and Test support lead

•Take responsibility for DFT requirements for the design

•Includes DFT architecture definition and implementation to achieve target coverage and production test cost/time targets, delivering tester patterns to test engineers, debug test vectors working with test engineers to successfully meet test coverage in production silicon.

•Define the scope and delivery plan – deliverables, milestones, timelines, etc as part of SOW

•Sign off on effort for back end with internal and external teams and ensure it is in sync with other functions

•Ensure all the commitments for DFT are met for the SOW, regular reporting





•Lead all DFT projects needs – technical guidance and troubleshooting, client communication, tracking, risk management, etc.

•Experience upto 600mm2, 2/3nm, HPC designs, as well as low power designs

•Familiarity with test for HPC, exposure to test for devices in 2.5D/3D pkg designs
