Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Greater Kailash. The specialist will support the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display, with a focus on lead generation and conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in campaign setup, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing ads, and preparing regular reports and insights. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and recruitment teams to align messaging with business goals, conducting basic market and competitor research, and contributing to testing strategies (A/B tests, audience segments, and creatives). The specialist will continuously learn and apply best practices in digital marketing to improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.

Qualifications
- Foundational performance marketing skills such as basic knowledge of paid search, paid social, and display advertising,



with an interest in metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Digital marketing and analytics skills, including familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, ad managers (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and basic data interpretation for campaign optimization.
- Content and communication skills, such as explicit written communication, basic ad copywriting, and the ability to collaborate with content and design teams on campaign creatives.
- Research and analytical abilities, including market and competitor research, audience understanding, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
