Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs for interior and architectural projects.
- Calculate quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
- Prepare and verify client, contractor, and subcontractor bills.
- Check actual site quantities against BOQ.
- Prepare variation, deviation, and extra item statements.
- Prepare material and quantity reconciliation.
- Check vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Accounts, and Site Teams.
- Maintain BOQ, billing, measurement, and project records.
- Assist in final billing and project closure.
