Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives, lead generation, market research, digital campaigns, client engagement, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in generating leads through online platforms, email campaigns, and networking.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and client documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with customer and prospect information.




- Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Support branding initiatives and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Willingness to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.
