The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments.

Our economic inclusion journey towards serving 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches over 1.5 million people. About The Team

We are looking for a high-agency partnerships leader to anchor and scale our CSR fundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build senior corporate relationships and the drive to convert partnerships into long-term, high-value engagements.



The ideal candidate combines B2B sales rigor with a nuanced understanding of CSR priorities, compliance frameworks, and corporate decision-making processes.

What will you do?

Own and deliver CSR fundraising targets from corporates across sectors
Independently open doors with CSR heads, CXOs and corporate foundations
Build and manage a strong high-quality pipeline of CSR partnerships
Lead end-to-end lifecycle: prospecting → proposal → pitching → closure → reporting
Set up donor meetings and organize donor field visits

Success Metrics

CSR funds committments vs. targets
Number of recent corporate partnerships forged
Lead-to-conversion ratio
Multi-year partnerships
Average commitment size and shorter deal cycles

Who are we looking for in this role?

9+ years of experience in B2B sales or CSR partnerships and / or corporate fundraising
Strong network of CSR/ESG (Environmental, Social
