n About the Role
n We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience generating qualified B2 B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, data mining, outbound lead generation, and appointment setting for international clients within an outsourcing or BPO environment.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Identify and generate high-quality B2 B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
n Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
n Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
n Execute outbound campaigns through email, Linked In,



cold calling, and other channels.
n Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
n Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.
n Work closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
n Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions.
n Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Generation for the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
n Prior experience working with an Outsourcing/BPO/KPO company is mandatory.
n Strong understanding of B2 B prospecting and sales pipelines.
n Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
n Proficiency in Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, Lusha, , or equivalent tools.
