Role Overview & Summary

The Sales Manager drives sales volumes across the entire commercial vehicle portfolioincluding Mini Trucks, Pickups, LCVs, Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs/Tippers), and Buses—for an OEM dealership in Mumbai. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage major fleet accounts, and navigate distinct buyer profiles ranging from first-time retail buyers to large corporate logistics and infrastructure fleets across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Spectrum Sales Management: Execute targeted sales strategies for the complete vehicle lifecycle:
- Mini Trucks & Pickups: High-volume retail distribution for last-mile and intra-city logistics.
- LCVs & HCVs: Bulk and institutional sales for medium/long-haul freight, tippers for construction, and buses for transit.
- EV Commercial Vehicles: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) consulting and green-fleet conversions.
- Micro-Market & Wholesale Hub Penetration: Organize hyper-local activations, roadshows, and canopy setups at Mumbai’s dense commercial
- Corporate & Fleet Acquisition:



Pitch high-tonnage HCVs, tippers, and buses directly to infrastructure contractors, e-commerce aggregators, RMC plants, and corporate transport providers.
- Financing & RTO Compliance: Maintain deep relationships with specialized CV financiers, retail banks, and NBFCs
- Team Leadership & CRM: Lead, mentor, and track a diverse sales team, ensuring strict adherence to CRM pipeline tracking, test drive conversions, and vehicle delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA in Sales & Marketing or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in Automotive Commercial Vehicle sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role handling a multi-category product portfolio.
- Mumbai Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Mumbai’s transport ecosystem, local transport unions, key industrial/bazaar hubs, and RTO regul
