The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their event requirements, providing timely assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Communicate with existing and potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about MGF Events' services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, event planning, and operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Keep clients updated regarding event planning, services, schedules, and other relevant details.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients before, during, and after events.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
