to lead our retail and partnership growth across India.

Role Overview

As a
Manager – Retail Expansion
, you will be responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling Clinikally's offline business through strategic partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, distributors, retailers, and other healthcare stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end expansion journey—from market identification and partner acquisition to operational excellence and revenue growth—while working closely with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

This is a high-ownership role requiring a strategic mindset along with strong execution capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Expansion & Growth
- Develop and execute Clinikally's offline business expansion strategy.




- Identify new markets, cities, and territories with high business potential.
- Build and scale Clinikally's offline retail and healthcare partner network.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, distributors, and retail partners.
- Build long-term relationships with key business partners.
- Lead commercial discussions and partnership agreements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of current partners.

Retail Operations
- Oversee successful launch and operational readiness of new partners.
- Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure SOP adherence and operational excellence across partner locations.
- Monitor partner performance and resolve operational challenges.
