*Job Purpose:*
*To lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Advanced Process Control (APC) systems across refinery units, ensuring enhanced profitability, product quality, and operational stability. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver high-value APC solutions.*
Responsibilities
*Process Control & Optimization*
- Analyse plant operations and constraints through data review and stakeholder discussions
- Design, configure, simulate, and commission APC controllers
- Tune PID control loops and develop new control schemes
- Conduct step tests, dynamic modelling, and benefit studies
- Monitor and improve analyser/system performance

*System Implementation & Maintenance*
- Implement and monitor MS/HSD blending automation systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot APC syst
