*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end IT recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing technical talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. The role also involves employee engagement, HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Talent Acquisition*

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

* Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.

* Manage offer negotiations,



documentation, and onboarding.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

* Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

*HR Operations*

* Manage employee onboarding and induction.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.

* Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.

* Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.

* Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes.

*Employer Branding*

* Create attractive job postings across multiple hiring platforms.

* Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and other social media channels.

* Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events when required.

*Required Skills*

* 4–5 years of experience in HR with a robust focus on IT Recruitment.
