CRY's reach is pan-India with a presence in 20 states, working to ensure happier childhoods for India's children. This role sits within CRY's Programme function, linking CRY with CRY-supported projects across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Role

As the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project area (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu), the Assistant Manager – Programme will support planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of partner-led programs aligned with CRY's child rights framework, working closely with partner organizations, government departments,



and community stakeholders to strengthen child rights interventions.

Responsibilities
- Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of partner-led programs aligned with CRY's child rights framework
- Conduct regular field visits to assess program quality, monitor progress, and provide technical support to partners
- Review program performance against agreed objectives, indicators, and budgets, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Assess partner organizational capacities and facilitate capacity-building initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust working relationships with partner organizations, providing ongoing guidance and mentoring
- Prepare high-quality reports, program analyses, case studies, and documentation in English
- Track project budgets, monitor fund utilization, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Engage with government departments, local governanc
