The opportunity
Ensures support to the project management team regarding all quality related issues on projects to support its objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Leads the implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working workplace across the project. Cooperating with the customer on Project Quality issues and ensuring ownership of actions to resolve it. Enabling and coaching all project team members to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view. Analyzing transferability of experience between pro- jects as well as planning Quality Assurance activities to reduce all forms of risk. Collaborating with the project team to develop schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for quality activities.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assists the PQM in ensuring the Voice of the Customer (VoC)



is represented within the project for all quality matters during execution.
- Ensures administration of VoC is done in agreement with PQM. Consolidates customer experience feedback and input for teams to support decision making. Provides assistance to evaluating risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
- Supports the analysis of Lessons Learned (LL) / Transfer of Experience (ToE) from previous projects.
- Supports PQM in collaborattion with project team members to develop schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for quality activities.
- Utilizes Power Grids aligned systems and tools to assist PQM and project functions during execution to meet operational and customer expectations throughout their lifecycle. Applies project quality procedures and plans and ensures appropriate implementation and compliance by the project team.
