Job Summary
On behalf of our India-based client in the Banking & Financial Services sector, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working on digital initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions.



This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize processes, and support delivery across various banking platforms. This opportunity is open as a Remote chance and is available for full-time, part-time, and contractual engagement models.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform process analysis including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support project delivery across different methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews (where applicable)
