Job Description

We are hiring an experienced
Process Trainer
for the Airtel Inbound Customer Support Process. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, improving agent performance, and ensuring recent hires are ready to handle customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT).
- Deliver process, product, and soft skills training.
- Conduct mock calls and assessments.
- Organize refresher training sessions.
- Coach agents to improve performance.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a domestic voice process.
- Airtel Telecom process experience is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Experience in domestic inbound customer service.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day working week.
