At GiLo, we are building India’s first Low GI staples brand focused on improving everyday food without changing eating habits. We are backed by a well-known global celebrity as a co-founder, who is actively involved in building the brand and business. We are in the early stage of building the company across sourcing, product, supply chain, and distribution. The focus is on building strong fundamentals and executing consistently in a fast-moving setup.

About the Role:
A low-GI claim lives or dies on credibility. The people India trusts on food — nutritionists, dietitians, diabetes educators,



fitness and health creators - need to know us, test us, believe us, and talk about us. Nobody owns that today. You will, from scratch.

This isn't an influencer-marketing-by-spreadsheet where you blast 500 DMs with a discount code. It's the opposite: research the right 50 people, understand what each one cares about, craft a collaboration that's genuinely good for their audience AND our brand, negotiate it smartly (barter first, budgets when earned), and execute it so well they want round two.

Key Responsibilities:
- The database: build India's best-mapped network of nutritionists, dietitians, health experts, and credible food/fitness creators. City by city, from zero.
- The outreach: first conversations that don't feel like cold pitches. You open doors with relevance, not templates.
- The deals: barter structures, collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines. Win-win or no deal. You negotiate well and keep it warm.
