Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive focused on acquiring new clients. This is a pure hunting role involving outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals for digital marketing and branding services.

- Not suited for account management or passive inbound handling

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target high-potential clients (startups, D2C brands, SMEs, corporates)
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings

New Business Development
- Understand client marketing challenges and pitch relevant digital solutions
- Present services including SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and web solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals




- Drive follow-ups and move prospects through the funnel

Sales & Revenue
- Close small to mid-size deals and retainers independently
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (~₹20 Lakhs)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- Track KPIs: leads, meetings, proposals, closures, revenue

Relationship Management
- Build relationships with decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure smooth transition to account management post closure

Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales
