Role Overview
We are seeking a technically capable and proactive Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to join our Technology team in Mumbai.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Group’s technology environment across our international offices. Our environment is centred on Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, alongside business applications, security technologies and endpoint management solutions.

The successful candidate will have genuine hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience and be comfortable managing identities and access, administering Exchange Online, troubleshooting technical issues and using PowerShell for administration and automation.





This is also an operational ownership role covering onboarding and offboarding, access management, documentation, audits, licensing, technology records and process improvement. It is not a traditional service desk role or a purely engineering position.

You will work closely with our outsourced IT provider and specialist technology partners while building strong internal technical knowledge, resolving issues independently where appropriate and retaining ownership of escalations.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Systems Administration
Administer the Group’s Microsoft 365 workplace across international operations.
Manage users, licences, groups, roles, permissions and access.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and investigate tenant-level issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues beyond standard end-user support and identify root causes.
