Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in plumbing and firefighting for our real estate residential projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing plumbing and firefighting systems in residential buildings.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, planning, and coordination of works associated with Building Mechanical Services like Plumbing, Firefighting.
Water Demand Calculation, Drainage System Scheme Design, Fire Fighting scheme designing, Pump head calculation, Space Planning for PHE and Fire Fighting services. Involved in various projects of Residential & Commercial projects.
Responsible for MEP Concept designs
Detailed design of Plumbing & firefighting system
Preparation of Bill of Quantities
Project Co-ordination with Client, Architect, and Structural consultant
Co-ordination with internal cross functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing and firefighting design for residential projects




- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
