Manager – Corporate Finance
As part of our EY-Corporate finance practice, you will help clients understand the value of their business, securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, intangibles and other assets. The group is comprised of several key areas, including business valuation, business modelling, capital equipment and complex securities.

Your key responsibilities





Lead financial reporting and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory reporting.
Experience with valuation of holding companies, joint ventures, and intercompany interests
Exposure to engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A;); financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and
reorganization; and corporate strategy under ASC 350, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 946, ASC 480, ASC 805 etc.
Experience with secondary research, report writing and detailed financial modelling.
Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to our as well as the client's business.
Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with EY offices globally.
Supervise, develop and mentor professionals at the Staff and Senior level.
