Role Description
The Meme Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role involves creating, curating, and managing meme-based content that promotes automated window solutions and strengthens brand awareness. The Meme Marketing Lead will plan and execute campaigns across social media platforms, monitor trends, and adapt content to engage target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams,



conducting market and audience research, analyzing campaign performance, and refining content strategy based on data and feedback. The role also requires maintaining consistent brand voice, coordinating with designers or content creators, and supporting customer engagement initiatives through humorous and relatable digital communication.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and visual storytelling for meme-based content.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand audience behavior, online trends, and competitor activity.
- Experience in Sales support, using content and campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
