Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA and Canada.
- Introduce and explain our digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in telecalling, international sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling USA or Canada clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
