Job Description
- Establish and review the project Quality plans and strategies for achieving goals
- Project initiations and setup for recent projects in JIRA
- Understand customer processes & enable the projects to be compliant
- Customer interactions on Process Harmonization.
- Analyse & communicate process improvements with the customers.
- Process tailoring for projects
- Support to team members on Project Management, Configuration Management, Code quality Tools.
- Project performance?analysis and corrective actions
- Conduct project assessments / audits.
- Performance analysis of Projects, accounts and Business units
- Facilitating process improvement plans
- Support on org / Business unit level Process Improvement initiatives
- Conduct trainings on Quality Process orientation, Project Management training,



Estimation etc.
- Manage the Business Unit level Dashboards & MIS.

Skill set requirements
- 12-15 years of experience?in software industry experience.
- Know-how of the product & captive industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, Six sigma
- SCRUM (Agile) methodology
- Passion for quality assurance of end-user applications
- Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving project performance issues
- Familiarity with Code quality, statistical analysis tools
- Comfort working in a distributed team
- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
