About The Role
The Technical Administrator (MEP) is responsible for managing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across the facility.
This includes ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety and environmental standards, vendor coordination, and proactive support for audits and infrastructure projects. The role requires technical expertise, effective vendor management, and a commitment to service excellence and sustainability.
Roles And Responsibilities Will Include
Overseeing MEP Systems Operations and Maintenance
Ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC, UPS, PAC, fire safety systems, and water supply.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Conducting Regular Rounds and Resolving Observations
Perform scheduled site inspections to identify issues or irregularities.
Document observations and ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams or vendors.
