Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for Product & process Engineering in cable, cable assemblies, Jig’s fixtures & Wiring harness. Product Plat forming, Product Management, Product Life Cycle Management, New Product Introduction & Development,



Project Management & Product strategy in electromechanical technology based products. Product Costing, Reverse Engineering, Value Engineering, Customer Management, Process & Document Engineering. Relevant experience 2 to 3 Years for B.E or 4 to 6 Years for Diploma.

Primary Skills :

Review customer requirement, specifications and prepare concept design by considering engineering specification
Participate in Design Reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability.
Review customer specifications and conduct engineering specification & feasibility reviews and participate in product concepts and proposal development.
Collaborating with CFT for organizing the Proto materials for the current projects
Proto-type preparation for new projects as per customer request
Design freeze, tooling, master sample build
Part Validation and Fit Function confirmation from customer end
Release Customer Drawing, Tooling Drawing and Production Drawing
