Should have experience of real estate developer or have worked with architectural consultancies.
Should have experience in High end Residential projects.
Should have experience of working in Kolkata region.
Should have knowledge of all building by-Laws. Monitoring the progress of the project.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the management by providing updates on progress, risks and overall project status.
