About Spotonix
Spotonix is the agentic analyst for business teams. Instead of waiting in the analyst queue or trusting an LLM to improvise SQL, business users ask questions in plain English and get answers built from the definitions their team already approved — with the full plan shown before any query runs, and the accepted logic saved for reuse. We are founded by veterans of Looker, Apache Atlas, and Apache Falcon, backed by 8VC and the founding team of Looker, and advised by Bob Muglia (former CEO of Snowflake). We are live with design partners across AdTech, FinTech, and PaaS, and are building our go-to-market engine out of Bangalore.

The Role
Partnerships are Spotonix's compounding growth channel. We are hiring an Account Executive for SI Channel Sales to recruit, enable, and co-sell with Systems Integrators (SIs), MSPs, and analytics solution providers — especially inside the Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems. You will turn partners into a durable, high-margin services motion that moves their clients from "dashboard sprawl" to governed decision loops,



and you will own the partner-sourced pipeline that results. This is a ground-floor role — you will help build our co-sell playbook and partner program from scratch, across both the India and US markets.

What You'll Do

Build the partner base. Identify, recruit and onboard SIs, MSPs, and analytics consultancies in the Snowflake, Databricks ecosystem, and build a qualified partner pipeline.
Enable partners. Equip and train partners to deliver the Spotonix services menu — pilot enablement, trust certification, institutional-knowledge migration, managed reviews, context-graph governance, and dashboard rationalization.
Co-sell. Partner with our AEs and founders to run joint account planning and co-sell motions into partner customers; drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to a quota.
Work the ecosystem. Align with Snowflake and Databricks partner teams and marketplaces to source warm, lower-CAC ent
