IMPACT IN THIS ROLE

self-driving cars to low-cost water purification systems.We are looking for an
Engineering Manager who can provide strong technical leadership while guiding
and developing a high-performing engineering team.This role combines deep
technical expertise with people leadership, focusing on building reliable,
scalable solutions while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of
engineering excellence and continuous growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Build a high-performing team where engineers can do their best work
-Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent through regular feedback,
performance management, and career growth planning, while helping scale the team
as needed.
-Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements,
clarify objectives, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions and
platform capabilities.
-Establish and continually improve team processes to enable iterative delivery,
innovation, and high reliability
-Drive near- and long-term improvements to engineering-wide activities such as
development practices, hiring / onboarding, team cohesion, and incident response
-Resolve systemic obstacles to team health, system performance, and team
delivery
-Embrace and extend a culture of transparency, safety, and growth.
