We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads .

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating high-quality leads for B2 B companies and managing campaigns with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In. Develop performance marketing strategies for B2 B brands. Generate qualified leads while maintaining an optimal cost per lead. Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Linked In Insight Tag. Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, and creatives. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with the content, design, sales,



and web development teams. Track the complete lead funnel, from ad click to conversion and sales-qualified lead. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing. Hands-on expertise in: Google Search, Display, You Tube, and Performance Max campaigns Meta Facebook and Instagram advertising Linked In Lead Generation and B2 B advertising campaigns Proven experience in handling campaigns for B2 B companies. Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, remarketing, and conversion optimisation. Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Linked In Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
