Key Responsibilities
The Local People Partner is accountable for high quality local delivery of people processes and advisory support, ensuring compliance, consistency and positive employee experience while supporting delivery of global and regional people priorities.
Act as the primary local people advisor and point of contact for leaders and employees, providing timely, practical and compliant guidance on people matters.
