About the Role
Nestlé Professional is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive the growth of our Beverages portfolio within the B2B channel. This is a high-impact role that combines brand building, commercial strategy, innovation, and business development to accelerate category growth and deliver superior customer experiences.
The role goes beyond traditional consumer marketing and requires a robust understanding of commercial fundamentals, business analytics, route-to-market strategies, and category development. You will partner closely with sales, innovation, category, and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio performance

Key Responsibilities

Lead the marketing and growth strategy for the NP Beverages portfolio across B2B channels.
Define target customer segments, develop deep customer insights, and identify growth opportunities.
Drive category development and demand generation initiatives to grow the beverages business.
Own innovation and renovation pipelines, including new product and beverage solution launches.
Develop and execute brand,



channel, and customer activation plans aligned to business objectives.
Analyze market, customer, and business performance data to identify insights and drive action-oriented recommendations.
Partner with Sales to build winning customer propositions and accelerate business growth.
Contribute to portfolio, pricing, promotion, and channel strategies.
Manage brand investment decisions and optimize return on marketing and trade investments.
Drive customer engagement programs, digital initiatives, influencer campaigns, and emerging channels.
Collaborate with innovation, product development, and cross-functional teams to commercialize new solutions.
Develop and coach team members while fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.

Experience Required

MBA/Post Graduate degree from a premier business school.
4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Consulting, Category Management, Trade
