Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage contractors, vendors, billing, and material planning.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.




- Lead and mentor MEP teams while ensuring effective cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to management.

Desired Profile

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in MEP execution for real estate projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
