We are seeking a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development, along with a solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and database management. You will work on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code following best practices and design patterns.
- Implement and maintain Active Record models, relationships, and query optimizations.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Manage background jobs and asynchronous processing using Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job.




- Ensure application security by following best practices in data protection, authentication, and authorization.
- Work with RSpec or MiniTest for unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to improve application usability and performance.
- Deploy and manage applications on Heroku, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
