Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Sales
to drive business growth for
Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant solutions
in Pune.

The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding sewage treatment requirements, presenting suitable packaged STP solutions,



preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams for accurate project scoping and execution support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants
.

Generate leads from residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions.

Understand customer requirements related to sewage treatment capacity, site conditions, space availability, and compliance needs.

Recommend suitable packaged STP solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents.

Coordinate with design, technical, project, and operations teams for accurate project scope and costing.

Support sales negotiations and order finalization.
