Job Title: Infrastructure Project Management Officer (PMO)

Role Summary
Responsible for governance, planning, scheduling, risk management, budget tracking, reporting, and delivery oversight of infrastructure transformation, cloud, workplace, network, security, and datacenter projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project governance across infrastructure programs.
- Develop project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate project activities among technical teams, vendors, and customers.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
- Produce executive dashboards, KPI reports, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards and methodologies.
- Support cloud migrations,



infrastructure modernization, workplace transformations, and security programs.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and escalation management.
- Maintain project documentation and audit readiness.
