Job Description
We are a leading Industrial products distribution Company in Pune and we are looking for a Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote sales of Gearboxes and related products.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide technical support to clients, including product recommendations and troubleshooting.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the features and advantages of our products.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Gearbox or related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
