? Hiring Volunteers – Heyball World Championship 2026 | Pune
Katharos Techie is the technology partner for the Heyball World Championship 2026 and has developed the official event management application for the championship. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support its successful implementation during the championship.
? Event Dates: 9 August to 15 August 2026
? Location: Pune, Maharashtra
? Engagement: Full-time availability during the event period

Key Responsibilities
• Assist players, referees, staff members and event officials in using the championship application
• Provide application demonstrations and basic training to users
• Support player registration, travel information, schedules, match updates and other application modules
• Help users resolve basic application-related queries
• Coordinate with the Katharos Techie technical team to report issues and ensure smooth application usage
• Provide on-ground support at designated help desks and event areas
• Maintain a skilled,



helpful and welcoming approach while interacting with international participants

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Students, fresh graduates or professionals interested in technology, sports or event management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using mobile and web applications
• Ability to explain application features clearly to different users
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
• Must be available in Pune from 9 August to 15 August 2026
• Prior volunteering, technical support or event-management experience will be preferred
