We are seeking an experienced
Lead Embedded Firmware Architect
with a solid background in power electronics applications such as DC-DC converters, solar inverters (single/three-phase), Multi level converters, and Inverters. The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in developing and optimizing embedded C code for control and communication in real-time systems using DSP controllers.

The role involves designing, implementing, and validating firmware for high-performance power conversion systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for power electronic products including
DC-DC converters, solar inverters (single/three phase), Multi level converters, and Inverters.
- Implement advanced control algorithms including
PI,
PLL, Clarke and Park transformations
, and other DSP-based control techniques.
- Develop and optimize code in
Embedded C
for real-time microcontrollers/DSPs used in power electronics applications.
- Design and develop
firmware architect for bootloaders, interrupts, timers,



memory mapping, communication stacks, control algorithms and protections
.
- Design and implement communication protocols such as
SPI, I²C, MODBUS, and CAN
for reliable device interfacing.
- Work closely with hardware and system engineers to validate firmware performance on prototypes and production systems.
- Perform firmware debugging, optimization, and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and support certification processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering
or related field.
- 7+ years of experience
in embedded firmware development within the
power electronics domain
