In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive training sessions that enhance the understanding and application of SAP FICO functionalities. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs, develop customized course materials, and provide hands-on guidance to various audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality SAP FICO training programs tailored to diverse audiences and organizational needs.
- Design comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments.




- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical sessions to ensure participant proficiency in SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess training requirements and customize content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and incorporate relevant updates into training curricula.
- Provide post-training support and guidance to trainees, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP FICO.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Trainer or Consultant with hands-on expertise in both FI and CO modules.
- Robust understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles and processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Capability to design and develop effective training materials and documentation.
