Job Overview
The position is accountable for overseeing and directing all site construction activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements. The role involves leadership of the site construction team, coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors,



and the head office, and effective management of project execution until completion. Responsibilities extend to contract administration, financial tracking, resource management, and ensuring adherence to statutory and client-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide overall leadership for site construction activities, supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective execution.
Conduct regular site reviews, evaluate contractor performance, and hold weekly review meetings to track progress and address bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth coordination between site personnel and head office teams for project-related deliverables.
Client And Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary interface with the client for all site-related activities, maintaining effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
