About the Project
The Remedial Education & School Entrance Exam Preparation Project aims to improve foundational learning levels among students while preparing them for competitive school entrance examinations such as the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Examination and Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Examination. The project seeks to bridge learning gaps, strengthen conceptual understanding, and enhance students' academic performance through structured remedial classes, assessments, mentoring, and exam preparation support.
Purpose of the Position
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting remedial classes and entrance examination preparation sessions for students of Classes 3–8. The Trainer will identify learning gaps,



deliver engaging instructional sessions, track student progress, and support students in achieving improved academic outcomes and success in competitive entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct baseline assessments to identify learning levels and academic gaps.
Design and deliver remedial classes in Mathematics, Science, English, and other relevant subjects.
Use activity-based and learner-centric teaching methodologies to improve foundational skills.
Prepare students for entrance examinations such as JNV, OAV, NMMS, and other relevant scholarship or admission tests.
Teach Mathematics, Mental Ability, Reasoning, Language, and General Knowledge as per examination requirements.
Conduct periodic assessments and mock examinations.
Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and performance reports.
Analyze learning outcomes and implement corrective action plans.
