About the Opportunity





We are seeking someone with experience in software quality engineering to lead our test automation initiatives and help transform our quality engineering practices. This role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership, driving the adoption of contemporary automation frameworks, AI-assisted quality engineering practices, and continuous testing across globally distributed teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality software, enjoys mentoring engineers, and has experience building scalable automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines. Given the customer-centric nature of this role, candidates with experience in an IT Services or Consulting organization are strongly preferred, as they will regularly collaborate with implementation and delivery teams supporting customers across multiple geographies.
