How You Will Contribute
As a SA in the Technology M&A; team, you will lead and drive the technical evaluation, planning, and execution of IT-focused workstreams across the M&A; lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include IT due diligence, integration planning, and separation (carve-out) execution. You will work closely with clients (corporate or private equity), cross-functional deal teams, and technical stakeholders to identify technology risks and value levers, recommend strategies, and deliver roadmaps for tech integration or separation.
