About the Role
At EY GDS, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions that transform supply chain operations for global clients. As a Manager, you will combine deep supply chain functional expertise with cutting-edge analytics — from descriptive dashboards to prescriptive optimization, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions — to deliver measurable operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

Solution-architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics and AI models across supply chain planning and operations areas — demand, supply, inventory,



procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, aftermarket, and spares planning.
Interface with EY GDS Business Consulting partners and clients to understand business/engineering problems, translate them into analytics problem statements, and deliver insights that drive action and operational improvement.
Lead and mentor teams of data scientists and supply chain analysts; own delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with EY internal teams (consulting, technology, sector teams) to support pursuits, proposals, and sales enablement.
Provide innovation and thought leadership — build tools, accelerators, reusable assets, and new solution offerings in supply chain analytics.

Supply Chain Functional Expertise (robust experience in two or more)

Demand planning — statistical/ML forecasting, demand sensing, NPI forecasting
Inventory & supply planning — multi-echelon inventory
