? What You'll Do

✅ Build actionable insights from large and complex datasets

✅ Drive data migration and transformation initiatives

✅ Write advanced SQL and PySpark solutions

✅ Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency

✅ Partner with business and technology stakeholders across global teams

✅ Lead migration planning, execution, and coordination
? We're Looking For

✔ 7+ years of experience as a
Data Analyst

✔ Solid hands-on experience with **
Python, PySpark & SQL
** (Must have)

✔ Experience working with **Banking / Financial Services** data





✔ Strong Knowledge of
Hadoop Ecosystems
(HDFS, Hive/Impala, Spark on Hadoop) data models, and large-scale data platforms

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Bonus Points

• Data Quality & Governance experience

• Familiarity with Data Modelling concepts

• Spark (Scala/Java) exposure

• Experience with Trade, Payments, Settlements, Risk, or Market Data domains

• Experience leading small delivery teams

• Data Visualisation Tooling (e.g., PowerBI/ Tableau, Qlik)
